With the lack of sophomore volunteers at the Ray School, it was difficult for students as the volunteers and students were able to build strong relationships with one another.
As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the sophomore volunteer requirement at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools was waived, leaving many organizations across Chicago without an extra assistance.
