Recipe for Relationships

In last spring’s survey, 40 percent of Lab middle and high school students reported they have no trusted adult in school, and 13 percent reported they have no trusted adult at all. Mentor, friend, boss, buddy, student teacher relationships come in many flavors, but all require a few essential ingredients.
