NASCAR drivers to watch: who could be coming to visit Chicago?

The participants of NASCAR’s Chicago street race are undecided as of now, but there are multiple possible participants. Here are a few possible contestants:

Christopher Bell drives the Number 20 Toyota Camry for his team, Joe Gibbs Racing in NASCAR. He is a part-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series racer and is the 2017 NASCAR World Champion of this subsection of NASCAR.

Kurt Busch, Kyle Busch’s older brother, is also a professional racer. He is the 2004 NASCAR Cup Series champion and the 2017 Daytona 500 winner. 

Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch’s younger brother, ranks ninth on the all-time wins list in NASCAR and has 227 victories in all three NASCAR national series. Mr. Busch is the all-time record holder for wins in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

William Byron drives full time in the Number 24 Chevrolet Camaro for Hendrick Motorsports in NASCAR. He also competes in races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Truck Series. 

Ross Lee Chastain is a professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the Number 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Trackhouse Racing, and is part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series

Chase Elliott drives the Number 9 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports, for NASCAR racing. Mr. Elliott won his first Cup Series championship in 2020, his fifth full season in Cup. 

Kyle Larson is one of the most famous and well-known drivers in NASCAR today. He drives his Number 5 Chevrolet Camaro for the team Hendrick Motorsports.

Joey Logano is the 2018 and 2022 Cup Series champion driving the Number 22 Team Penske Ford. He began the 2022 season with a victory and is a 32-time Cup winner.

Bubba Wallace competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the Number 23 Toyota Camry for 23XI Racing and part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
