For both new-to-Lab students and lifers, the girls swimming team provided an inclusive community and opportunities for connections across grade levels that still persist even after the season has ended.

"It felt really good to get the win," Simon said. "It was the fastest time in a long time, so I felt very good about that." Simon qualified for the state meet Nov. 9.
