Seniors showcase artistic talent, vision at senior art show

One of Adria Wilson’s submissions to the senior art show is this portrait of her grandfather. “I chose him because I loved how expressive his eyes were,” she said.

The senior art show recognizes artists who work with a variety of mediums. Adria Wilson and Troy Johnson are two of the seniors who submitted this year. The podcast artwork is one of the pieces Troy Johnson submitted, a photo of her sister underwater, which she provided to the Midway. “I really liked this particular photo because of the giant bubble that she’s making,” Troy said.
