From the fan-favorite dishes of mac and cheese and fried chicken to cornbread and candied yams, different traditional African American foods lined the long table on one side of C116. BSA catered the mac and cheese and collard greens from Lab’s food vendor, HandCut Foods, and the rest was catered from Harold’s Chicken.
