A 15th birthday celebration for many students isn’t just a signifier for another year they’ve been alive but a marker of when they can learn to drive. At the age of 15, people can start driving and even get their permit. For some they have been waiting for this freedom since they were young, but for others the idea of driving isn’t something they’ve always been excited about.
