In the days leading up to the U-High shutdown due to the new coronavirus, students were beginning to feel anxious and uncertain on what was happening with the virus and how dangerous the situation was. Here, nurse Mary Toledo-Treviño addresses the misinformation and fear that play major roles in this pandemic, and answers questions about what the virus actually is, how it affects people, and preventative measures that should be taken to avoid getting the infection. A student is also interviewed about her feelings toward the situation.
