I first began journalism after following a friend into the basement and signing up just to see if I would like it. I became assistant features editor the next year, followed by sports editor and finally editor-in-chief. My favorite part of journalism is proofreading to find grammatical or spelling errors, and my best story was the Class Clouds feature on vaping. In addition to the Midway, I’m captain of the debate team and head stock analyst of the finance club, and I’m also red-green color-blind.
