How long have you been a Cubs fan, and how did it start?
“Technically I’ve been a Cubs fan all my life because my dad’s a Cub’s fan, so that’s how it started. But I’ve probably been a serious Cub’s fan for like 10 years now.”
What are some of your favorite games that you have been to? What happened?
“[In August 2018] David Bote hit a grand slam to walk-off to win the game. It was a game-winning, walk-off homerun, and it was pretty memorable in Cubs history and I was with my dad and uncle so it was pretty fun. Mike Tauchman also hit a homerun on my birthday last year, and that was also fun.”
What is your favorite baseball game food? Why?
“Hot dogs because they’re classics at a baseball game.”
What do you enjoy about the atmosphere of the game, and do you prefer day or night?
“Personally I prefer night games because I like the view of the entire stadium at night. It’s pretty cool. I like the fans, and it’s always a pretty good time with the fans because they’re so loud and it’s fun.”
What is your favorite piece of Cub merchandise or memorabilia (souvenir)?
“This hat that Pete Armstrong signed — he’s one of the best Cubs players right now, so it’s probably my favorite piece right now.”
