Here’s how U-High students swing. Check out the results to see what Chicago baseball teams are hitting home with high school fans. The Midway conducted an unscientific poll with 117 student responses between May 21-28.
Only 40% of students attended a game last season or so far in the 2025 season with most just attending one (23.9%). A smaller number went to 2-4 games (12%) and an even smaller percentage (5.1%) went to 5 or more games.
In terms of team preference, responses were almost evenly split: 38.5% support the Cubs and 24.8% supported the White Sox, but 36.8% chose to support neither Chicago baseball team.
