What ideas, projects or initiatives do you have for next year? What is your main goal?
I plan on changing as many co-curricular days as possible to more fun game days where people can compete and have fun with the student body and with the teachers. I will plan exciting activities that feature tournaments, scavenger hunts and a whole lot of what the people really want. My main goal is to bring a greater sense of belonging and inclusion to our school along with more school spirit so everybody knows that they are as important as the person next to them.
What experiences, skills and other qualifications make you a good candidate for this position?
I currently serve as a leader in debate and golf where I excel in teaching people how to coexist properly and build greater chemistry. I have professional experience working in child development and appealing to the youth. I also love to listen and act upon people’s suggestions and criticisms for me. So, I have all the skills to please our student body, make things easier for faculty and adjust my plans on the fly in order to lead this community.
How do you kind of plan on being the voice of students while working in conjunction with faculty and admin?
I plan on making reasonable changes that the students want so that faculty and admin can agree and we can help each other take action. I will make sure that I account for everybody’s expectations and drive new plans and changes efficiently and accordingly.
